My Expertise

How Can I Help You?

I am so glad you are here!

As an experienced women’s health & fertility dietitian, I help women enhance their diet & lifestyle to balance their hormones, have healthier menstrual cycles & improve their chances of getting pregnant.

I help women navigate conditions such as infertility, endometriosis, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), irregular or painful periods and digestive issues. My goal is to help you navigate fact from fiction, ditch the restrictive diets & confidently nourish your body while maintaining a practical approach to nutrition.
I have guided so many women (clients) through this journey, and I can’t wait to see the improvements you experience too! It goes without saying that I use a whole-person (holistic) approach when working with clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I live out of Kingston. Can I still enlist your services?

• Yes, you can enlist my services virtually. I conduct my virtual sessions in the way as my in person sessions. Please email me today for more information about 1:1 sessions or nutrition packages.

2. I don’t know how to cook. Can you still help me?

• Absolutely! My personalized meal plans are made considering your lifestyle, budget, goals and cooking skills.

3. Do I need a doctor’s referral to see you?

• No, you do not need your doctor’s referral to see me.

4. What is the difference between a nutritionist and registered dietitian?

• The word “nutritionist” is a broad term to describe people who have different levels of training and knowledge. It doesn’t mean they are registered with the provincial regulatory body.  A registered dietitian or RD is a regulated professional who has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and is registered with a provincial College.
