I know how frustrating it is to deal with endometriosis because I have it too! You feel like you’ll never be free of those symptoms.

That’s why I feel so passionate helping women navigate conditions such as endometriosis, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), painful periods, irregular periods, infertility & digestive issues. I love helping clients achieve their best health.

I graduated with honors with a specialized baccalaureate in Nutrition from the University of Montreal, (l’Université de Montréal). I have additional training in functional nutrition and mindful eating and spent countless hours reading through the research so you don’t have to!
